We grant our products as versatile and easy to use, keeping their characteristics throughout the world in all climates and at all latitudes.

The company Research & Development laboratory (certified by FPC, Factory Production Control, according to European Standards) is endowed with the most updated equipments.

Tests are carried in a controlled microclima environemment to grant results validity.

The manufacturing facilities are ones among the most modern in world, being fully automatized and PLC controlled.

Quality Control

The company Quality Control tests our bituminous membranes according to EN 13707, EN 13969 e EN 13970 Standards.

Moreover, to guarantee the best quality of our products, a compound sample is taken from every batch in order to test it according to the most authoritative international standards.

A sample of end product is taken from every batch to conserve it as trace history.

Isoltema keeps both electronic and paper records of the technical data achieved. 

Ageing Control

Isoltema's ageing control consists in testing the same roll (or membrane) every 6 months to verify the ageing behaviour of compounds. Isoltema's standards state the adhesivity to be constant for more then 10 years.

Packaging Control

In the end, we check the quality of a random sample of packed product, to grant to our customer a product perfectly packed.
