In the new 20.000 sqm factory, Isoltema produces more than 5 million sqm of butyl and bituminous tapes and membranes.

BITUMINOUS & BUTYL PRODUCTION

In our local industrial area, the production of tapes, membranes, profiles and mastics is completely scheduled.

The bituminous tapes and membranes production capacity contains more than 2.000 meters an hour.

The process, referring to international standards about safety in the workplace, is strictly controlled by PLC system.

The Butyl rubber range production is manufactured on next generation machinery.

Three heavy duty mixers, which have a 1200 lt capacity each, mix the butyl rubber compound.

Isoltema, being manufacturer, can assure the highest flexibility in the butyl range offer according our customers' needs: tapes and membranes compound colour, thickness, width and length.

Storage and transport are in accordance with international quality standards in order to offer our customer not only a "product" but the "best product".
