This department makes use of highly-specialised instruments able to develop tapes, membranes and mastics with bituminous or butyl compounds and to cater to customer requirements and those of a fast-evolving international market.

Certified by FPC (Factory Production Control), the department features controlled-microclimate work environments, calibrated-program equipment and professional collaborators, in order to ensure the validity of control results, with the lowest possible percentage of error factors.
For each production lot in fact, product samples are kept together with relevant quality tests. The data acquired by the department are then filed and stored in a double archive – electronic and paper – to ensure product traceability over the years.
